康复大学是由中国残疾人联合会、国家卫生健康委员会等中央部委机构与山东省共同建设，是我国乃至世界第一所以康复命名的大学，驻地为青岛市国家高新技术产业开发区。康复大学坚持学科交叉融合，积极构建以康复学科为特色，医学、理学、工学、管理学、教育学、社会学等多学科交叉融合的学科专业体系。康复大学坚持本科教育与研究生教育并重，积极发展留学生教育，规划招生规模10000人，其中本科生5000人，研究生5000人，致力于培养信念坚定、品德高尚、关爱生命、理论基础扎实、实践能力突出的卓越人才。 康复大学立足服务国家战略，聚集一流人才、建设一流学科、培养一流学生、创造一流成果，打造具有示范引领意义的康复人才培养高地、康复科技创新高地、康复医疗服务高地、康复产业发展高地、康复人才聚集高地和高校科学管理高地，建设以研究为基础、以应用为导向的特色鲜明的国际化高水平创新型大学。

The University of Rehabilitation Sciences is jointly established by central ministries and commissions such as China Disabled Persons' Federation and the National Health Commission and Shandong Province. Located in Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, it is the first university named after “rehabilitation” in China even in the world. The University of Rehabilitation Sciences adheres to the interdisciplinary integration by actively building a disciplinary system featuring rehabilitation sciences and integrating medicine, science, engineering, management, education, sociology and other disciplines.
